I have to work on Thanksgiving so I will be staying home but my fiance is going with his parents to his aunt's house for lunch. Apparently, the future in-laws feel bad about me being left out so they've decided to make it back in time for me to cook supper for them.

I think that's it. I don't want to have to spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen after being on my feet all day at work. I'm planning on making the salad and cookies tomorrow afternoon and preparing the casserole so I just have to pop it in the oven Thursday evening.
