If I plan to take EJ to people stores (not including pet oriented stores), I usually bring him in his carrier so it would be easier for me to shop and less obvious to people. I've taken him to Target, my local bank- which they let him run around the store hehe, Linen's and Things, and Michaels. These are usually short trips too. I just don't take him to stores that sell/serve food.
