it sounds like her stomach is empty. Layla throws up bile (just a yellow liquid) if her stomach is empty and i know when she is going to do it because her tummy is SO noisy. She eats many small meals througout the day and has snacks- usually fat free pro biotic yogurt. Try and keep her tummy full.
