I've had migraines also,but these sinus headaches are the worst. The pressure and my eye sockets ache also. I got a nettipot. It's salt wash you suck up your nose. It sounds gross,but it is the only thing I'll use. Sinus meds give me balloon head..I'm a blonde already...hehe.
