Oh I feel just awful for you and can relate- layla was diagnosed with pancreatits as well after having no symptoms- just a routine blood panel. It's a bit of an adjustment to their food but it's totally do-able. She will be just fine and home before you know it! My vet wanted Layla to go on canned crap with bi products in it and instead I consulted a dog nutritionist and we go on Thursday for blood work to see how things are going. Just know you are not alone. After Layla was diagnosed I realised just how many yorkies on here have this. we are here for you!
