I'd also like to add: Just because you are a lawyer, does not mean that puppymills can't pull one over on ya!
Look at Oprah...she's very powerful, very rich---she is a journalist for goodness sakes!!! She has people doing research for her--- and yet, many believe that she got her goldens from puppymills.
This is a lifelong commitment---and a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. I think that everyone here is very kind and has been very helpful in this thread and I hope that you take their advice.
