Layla goes in Michaels with no problem and Home depot- She's been to a shoe store that was not in the mall. Anywhere that basically has no food should be fine. I've seen dogs in strollers in the mall when we are in Florida- so i guess they are allowed in some malls but there is a sign on our mall that says no dogs
