Buying a puppy from Missouri does NOT automatically mean it is coming from a puppy mill!! However when buying a puppy
anywhere there are always RED flags buyers should be cautious about! And like others have said...releasing a puppy before 12 weeks...is a red flag!
Just do your research ......Because the last thing you will want to do is get a sick puppy...or one that has massive health problems! Good luck in your decision!
