I think the new pup looks almost identical to Lola in the first picture. She may look like Lola in the second picture in a few weeks.
The fact that the breeder is licensed with the USDA is not a good thing, but you seem ok with that fact. I would really examine the pictures of the parents, but how will you know if they are pictures of the actual parents?
Also, most anyone who mentions they got their puppy earlier than 12 weeks (especially shipped), will get some comment about the age. It's just how things are. Many reputable breeders will not ship their pups until 16 weeks, and many more until they reach a certain weight. |
