hi MAJOR problem is not being fixed. If you truely want to see how he'd be as a pet then you'd have to get him fixed. Or trust that those behavioral issues will subside when he is fixed. He whines at other people and dogs probably because he wants to go over and smell them because hes not fixed. Same for why he's up your other dogs butt and why he marks.
