I just brought my little guy home on friday and at this time I have him in a old pack and play. I had him in a metal crate and he hated it. He screamed and screamed, once I set up the playpen he was happier, he still whines some when I put him in it, but he hasnt screamed. lol. I have a soft sided crate that I leave the front flap velcroed up so he can go in and out to sleep, his food, and toys in there with him. I dont have a pee pad in there with him because 1) he refuses to use them
and 2) I dont want him pottying in there, I do have his pee pads set up in my bathroom where I carry him and set him down on them but he likes to go outside.
