Macy is is scratching and gnawing at her back, back legs and bottom. She has done this to the point of having no hair there. We feed her beneful wet & dry food and give her beneful treats. This has happened in the past and the vet will give her a shot and it helps for a while, but I need to know how to keep this from happening over & over. We know she has allergies to fleas, so she is sprayed with Adams spray. I bathe her with oatmeal shampoo once a week. Could nerves be part of this? There's been some tension in the house lately. I'm at my wits end.
I'll try just about anything to keep my baby well.
