Today it was freezing outside along with rain and it was probably around 30 degrees. I couldn't get him to walk today outside even with his coat I had on him. He won't even go potty outside. He knows where the potty pads are and has been going on that. Is this normal for Yorkies to avoid the weather~? Thank you.
