Congrats on your new baby. No doubt you must be beside yourself with both excitement and uncertainty of bringing this new little one into your life.
Seven weeks is much too young. A yorkie puppy is rarely weaned properly at that age, and needs many more weeks of interaction with her momma and littermates. Please insist that the breeder allow this little girl to stay with her mother another month or so.

As long as you have someone trustworthy to come and spend a little time with her during the day...she should do ok with your work schedule. Many working families raise happy, healthy, and normal yorkie puppies.
