Well, right now i am attempting to crate train her. I haven't tried the pee pads. I'll see how crating goes in the next few weeks and then go from there.

For me, being that I work, they had to be pee pad trained. They have 2 areas. One upstairs (in there spare room) and One downstairs. They do also potty outside when they go out.
