My hubby is too! The spare room is there's and mine
and it has hardwood floors for easy clean up. I don't know if you are trying to train her to potty outside or pee pads or both
For me, being that I work, they had to be pee pad trained. They have 2 areas. One upstairs (in there spare room) and One downstairs. They do also potty outside when they go out.
