Ahhh...honey she is still a baby...it takes time
I don't believe in crate training, so I can not help you on that one.
When mine were little I left them in a small spare room with a baby gate (some people use an expen) when I left for the day. They had toys, bed, food water and pee pads.
Also, mine pooped about 4 or 5 times for quite some while. When she grows up, this will go down to 2 or 3 times.
