ABSOLUTELY take her to a vet. Abdominal bloating can mean *many* things - some of them rather benign in nature - other times it can be a sign of something life threatening. Especially since she is a puppy (she is a puppy, yes?), I'd take her in asap.

Have you changed her diet or anything, btw?
