1. I would give it one year after the puppy shots are done but the point of a one year booster is to give the vaccine when the immune system is fully mature. This happens probably around the 6 month or just under mark. So technically either way may be acceptable.

2. Yes. She will need at least distemper, parvo, hepatitis and rabies as one year boosters.

3. This is the part that you and your vet have to compromise on. Parainfluenza is usually given is DHPP but it is not a core vaccine. That is up to you. Hepatitis is a core vaccine but some people don't agree with that. I to agree that it is core at this time, especially for puppies. I started a thread not long ago about Ellie's low distemper titer and you will find tons of info on that thread.

4. If the vet uses the rabies vaccine that is labeled for one year use, your state may make you revaccinate in a year. I would make sure the vet uses teh one labeled for three year use as her one year booster. The confusing part here is that it is not uncommon for some rabies vaccine makers to label the exact same vaccine for one year and three year use to satisfy different state laws... You are probably giving her the same thing whatever it is labeled but to comply with the law and make sure you don't have to give it every year, make sure the vet uses the one labeled three years...
