If he returns and things persist you can always move along. The work atmosphere is definitely a reflection of the managers ability to run the business. If they are unprofessional after his return...he's probably not very professional either. |
Good post! I was thinking the same thing. If your boss is gone this week, there is a very good chance that everyone is goofing off a little more than usual. I would stick it out and wait and see what happens after the boss gets back from vacation.
