Regarding the pumpkin, buy canned pumpkin - 100% pure pumpkin - NOT the pumpkin pie mix.
You can give a few big spoonfuls. I reccomend keeping a few cans of this on hand, as it will help with any constipation/diarrhea from anxiety from the transition.
You can also use some pumpkin to help your new dog's tummy with the food transition. Its going to take a few weeks for her stools to normalize - don't worry - this is normal!
OK - as for food - no offense to LoveFla - but please don't feed Science Diet. if you want to feed kibble, Candidae, Wellness, California Naturals, Innova, Evo, Nature's Logic, Orijen and Solid Gold are really high quality kibbles...
Regarding her teeth, I would have her get a full dental cleaning at the vet's and then make sure you provide her with lots of chewy toys and brush her teeth regularly.
