Congratulations on your new baby. My Pixie had terrible teeth and gums by 1 1.2 years so maybe your Pixie has the same problem. Her breath was horrible and her gums were bad. I had her dental done in June and her teeth and gims were 100 times better. No bad breath, I now clean them daily or every other day. It is possible she is going on or out of heat. My Roxie came into heat before her spay appointment and her boobies have stayed big still and she was in heat in June and spayed in August. I don't know if they ever will go down! When any of mine were in heat they did sleep alot. I don't know anything about pregnant dogs so hopefully someone will come on who can help you there. What are you feeding her now? Make sure it is a high quality food like Canadae, Wellness etc. That may help the constipation issue, if not ask the vet what to give her. Keep us posted!
