Well I dont know if this will help at all but my boyfriend is a bartender at the Chilis closest to us and he works with a bunch of teenagers who would probably talk like that as well but the management at his Chills doesnt allow anyone to talk like that in the work place esp. wheres theres customers around. He told me that there was a girl that worked there that would always come in talking about her personal sex life and the manager told her that if she did it again she would no longer have a job there. so i would def talk to your management.
