when a maltese and a yorkie are bred together, they are morkies..just like the purebreeds, they stop growing at the same time. you get the qualities of both breeds..she may have pedigrees on both parents, and she might even know the grandparents..its true there is no standard for morkies.. but as soon as they are born, you can see the color and size.. they grow the same as the purebreeds.. but the coat can be quite different in each morkie.
possibly cuter than the purebreeds, possibly not.. i would consider morkies a breed of their own..

ckc can register them and provide a complete family history if the parents are registered..
