i u nderstand that sometimes choices are limited on what to do. With that said, my biggest how muct attention is your puppy going to get from these people? and also the cold, if your baby is left in a garage? even A basement is freeznig cold... Your pup can and most likey will contact hyperthermia. IMO it is way too cold for that.
Puppies need love and are so needy. Even My Suzi is is 8 months old just wants that human contact all the time, which of course can't always happen. Even though i am on diability, I do Have to leave .
If their was anther family or friend who could take her in and keep her in the house , warm , and has the opportunity to see just how wonderful A Yorkie puppy is, then i'd personally be looking for somebody else to care for her.
Best wishes .
