 Going on vacation and leaving abbey with neighbor
Please bare with me as Im new to being owned by a puppy! Abbey will be 4 months when we go on our family vacation. My neighbor will have abbey at her house. We made our garg a Puppy-Pen..toys..food dishes..1/2 carpet..XM radio with smooth music..heated..very nice! Also put out patio table and chairs and we sit there in the evening playing with her.
Neighbor has a huge 10 yr dog who is very gentle but they will be separated. Neighbor works so told her to bring Abbey home to her play-pen for those 3-4 hrs..dont know what else to do? Will have her own stuff and plan on leaving her blankets and our shirts with our smells..??
Is it bossy of me to take her a baby gate for her laundry room so Abbey isnt crated alot over there? The teen boys asked if they could put her in finished basement in the crate at night in case she makes noise??? the teens have NEVER been with a puppy and Abbey kinda frightens them with her energy! I'm so worried but its outa question taking her with as we're going to Bahamas. Thanks in advance for suggestions |
