Captain Jack is about 6 1/2 months old now. When I bathe him his coat looks oily again by the next day!!! I am a groomer, so I have tried different shampoos and such, but nothing works!! I have read that they go thru an oily stage, but does anyone know how long this is gonna last???? He was neutered at about 5 months. I never really had this problem with my Max, so I don't know what to do! Cap goes to work and everywhere else with me, he's kind of a "walking advertisement" so he's gotta look good! (I wonder if I can count "walking advertisement" off on my taxes
) Did anyone else go thru this with thier little ones?? If so how long did it last, and how did you deal with it
Also I have read that having an oily coat now means his coat will be a certain way at maturity. I can't remember what though...cotton or silk or what??? Thanks Jessica
