If you mention it to your boss or your co-workers, you might be perceived as a trouble maker. If they are that comfortable behaving like that, the boss probably knows and does not care, or maybe joins in? Like others have said, I think I would look elsewhere for a more professional work environment. All of the Chili's where I live have closed. That might be a sign.
