I found this tip online, it might help!
"For recipes requiring a bitter or sour orange, a substitution may be required since these oranges may not be readily available. Use 2 parts orange juice combined with 1 part lemon juice and 1 part lime juice."
I have not tried it but it sounds like it could possibly give the flavor we are looking for.
If anything I can run to the market and see if they have some of the bottle kind and sent it to you.

Thank you - it sounds like this substitution will work. I substitute when I make a cake that calls for sour milk, so I think I'll try it!
