The raw isn't actually 6%, you have to convert it to a dry matter basis because of all the moisture, so it's actually higher than that. To find out the fat/protein/etc. on a dry matter basis of canned or raw, you have to take the percentage of fat listed divided by (100 minus the percentage of moisture), so in this case you would take 6 divided by 32 (b/c the moisture content is 68%) and you get almost 19%.
