Awwww, I missed this thread somehow.
When I was in college I had a group of girlfriends, we would go shopping every weekend and go out three or so nights a week. It was a blast while it lasted.. but then I grew up and guess where they are now? Well, I couldn't tell you
They were never true, lasting friendships, just going out buddies, if you know what I mean.
I was told not too long ago that if you can count a few TRUE friends on one hand you are doing pretty good. The more you think about it, I think that's true. You sound much more mature than others your age, maybe you need some friends that are a bit more mature as well?
