I know we've been very slack about watching him all the time. I keep telling my husband that we need to keep one eye on him at all times and if we can't, he has to be contained to one little area. Here's your problem's ^^^^^!! It's not the dog, You Need to keep an eye on him for sign's he has to go potty, Otherwise he's going to go on the floor You can't expect him to hold it.
Get up & take him out & there won't be any problems.
