I'm on the phone with United Customer Service right now.. I have been transferred to a supervisor, and now to a "specialist." Too bad I can hardly understand anyone I have spoken with..... I keep getting the same crap "your complaint will for forwarded to the management team for policy-making procedures." They only allow three pets on board at a time, so I doubt they care if the three people who would be carrying-on a pet don't use their airline. I am really mad
