Maybe it would do more good to get a pet organization involved in the complaint system rather than us as individuals, many of us would fly with a pet friendly airline if we had our pets or not. I am the mother of two skin kids but I would rather listen to someones dog barking on a plane than someones kid crying.
I can't think of any organizations at the moment other than the ASPCA, do you guys have any ideas.
