PetSmart and PetCo have a pretty set in stone policy about refunding money if someone is not happy with the groom...the customer is always right. If you feel unhappy about the trim just let them know. They will give you your money back and the groomer will not be paid for the groom. Just be sure that you gave clear instructions and the groomer made a mistake because it also isn't fare to the groomer if you were vague and the misunderstanding is not her fault.
