hmmm...well, I've done alot of research on dog food and have chosen to go with Royal Canin Mini puppy food for my Yorkie. Royal Canin has a great website
www.royalcanin.us with great information on their ingredients and why they are good for your mini puppy. For instance, although dogs cannot digest corn, they can digest corn gluten meal, as well, I read the 'meal' is a better protein source as it does not have all the water that a whole meat source does (sorry can't find the article to back me up).
I tried to feed Brady Wellness as I too liked the idea that I knew what every ingredient was, I thought there is no way she wouldn't love this....she hated it, she wouldn't touch it. To be honest, my fiance tasted it in comparison and said that he wouldn't want to eat it either. It had a terrible texture and just didn't taste good.
If anyone finds a kibble that my picky little yorkie will love that has better quality ingredients than Royal Canin please let me know! Also, I like the fact that Royal Canin kibble is so small....and completely geared towards the needs of my little 2.5 pound girl.
