Duke sleeps through most of the night with me and while I'm at work 9-5. I found out that while he stayed with my mom during the day, she can call him and temp him with food - he wouldn't even come out of bed, he is used to his sleeping pattern while I'm at work. I think it's normal once they are used to it. He knows that when I get home, we play and walk.
