Joey's eyes are alwasy watery too. Especilaly when he gets hyper 90% of the time. The discharge doesn't smell and its not gooppy, his fur is just always damp around his eyes. The Vet said you can get his tear ducts made smaller but I won't put Joey threw that. I'll wait till the summer. It could just be the cold air.
