First- I am sorry for the loss of the little one you were trying to buy. Second- get your money back from them it isen't theirs. Third- dont deal with them again cause there will always be a story to tell that someone will buy hook, line and sinker...
I know for a fact that Gail and Gary Rodriguez are not trust worthy people when it comes to money. They will tell you on thing and then do the opposite. My husband and I rented a home to them for a while and they had at least 20-25 puppies in there at once. We know that they don't take care of the cleanlieness of the puppies since we had to rip out the carpet and have it replaced due to the fact they never let the puppies out to potty and they never picked up the potty in the house. Not once. We are in court with them right now on a separate matter. I would encourage you if you can take action on a puppy mill that you do it. Think twice before you deal with them in the future. Big red flag that more than one of there puppies has gotten sick. Again I'm sorry for your loss.
