There could be a couple things going on here.
I wouldn't be too quick to correct her in case it is something she can't control.
It might just be that she is healing from the surgery and out of it.
She could have a urinary tract infection. I would have the vet check her urine.
She could be incontinent now because of the spay. It can happen but is unlikely. If it continues for a long time, this is something you might want to look into.
