I know how you feel! I have bred and been owned by Yorkies for many years and each time one goes in for any procedure I am a nervous wreck. I would suggest you talk with your vet about the proper anesthesias for these tiny ones AND that you make sure to use a vet who has an attendent on duty overnight if your baby is to stay in hospital. I prefer to bring mine home BUT often for the sake of the dog, an overnight stay is preferable. They can have IV's, pain meds and antibiotics if needed. It just depends on what you and your vet decide. Uterine and breast cancer are a real worry in unspayed females.
As for teeth, I think retention of baby teeth seems to run in lines...Just my opinion and experience..
