well, im just surprised that your vet didnt inform you about having them extracted when he was neutered! so not your fault, their fault of course, beacuse they are probably trying to get more money from you, which is horrible to say! im not sure how many teeth they have, give him time, they may fall out on their own. my 7 yr old dachshund still has a baby tooth behind her upper k9 and she has been fine with it still being there!
