If you like stew you can make stew meat out of it and you will never know the differance. Just cook it slow. We use it in Irish stew, All kinds of soup, And we make ( Beef tips and Rice) but we use venison for the meat. We dont care for fried food so we do roast and stew meat out of most of ours. If you but 2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup in your roast it will not be dry.
