I haven't tried NV but I do use a locally made raw food and Olivia loves it. But when my vet asked what I feed Olivia (on our first trip to the vet after Olivia arrived here) and I told her raw diet, she wasn't real thrilled about that. I asked what her objections were and she said salomonella (sp?). I'm still feeding her the raw diet...but now every time I think about what the vet said.
