I know that is torment for both of you. I dread my next surgery as being selfish. You see my mother & I never had a surgery (we have had a lot) that the other was not there. I lost my mother last yr to lung cancer & my dad 3 yrs prior to pancreatic cancer. I do have a wonderful dh & children for support. Know in your heart that God gives us nothing we cannot overcome. I will pray not just her full recovery but also the strength needed when faith is so tested. God Bless All Of You! |
Thank you so much from your kind thoughts and prayers. My dad died from cancer, it started in his lungs and then got into his bone marrow. He never smoked. He was just 57 when he died. Then my mom died at age 72 from a staph infection in her back following back surgery. What are you having surgery for? I pray that everything goes well. I know it will be hard not having your mom with you. We are always here for you when you need our prayers.
Michelle got to go home last night. The doctors say she is free of infection and they think the knot on her head will go down so we will just have to pray that it will. She will just take oral antibiotics at home. Thanks to everyone for all you prayers. Hopefully things will start looking better. I certainly know Michelle does not need anymore setbacks.
