With that being said, I just wanted to comment it is not nice to make comments about other peoples weight. I have some family members with weight problems, and I myself need to lose weight. Often people have medical conditions that prevent them from losing weight and/or exercising.

Overweight people are very discriminated against in today's society. If given a choice, very few would CHOOSE to be fat. The hard reality is that it is just so much easier to pile the weight on than to take it back off. My husband and I both would be the first to admit that the convenience of fast food paired with long hours at work is what got us overweight to begin with.


I'm skinny & took offense to those comment's.
Btw i eat mcdonalds I just exercise thats the point of exercise as long as its not an every day food there no point of look up the calories unless your on a weight watchers diet.
