A post bile acid number of 84 could mean microvascular dysplasia but it could also mean that there is a large shunt present. What diagnostic imaging was done? Ultrasound?
Does she have any symptoms?
What does the vet want to do to manage this? Low protein diet? Denosyl? Lactulose? Or nothing at all?
This is sadly very common in Yorkies.
