I spoke with the Breeder Marie of the puppy. She feels so bad for Christy, of this tradegy the vet has caused. Marie offered Christy another puppy even though it was the vets fault. Christy declined of course as she knows Marie isn't wealthy and has her own problems with a sick elderly husband. And if was nothing Marie had done. I am going to give Christy a call tomorrow and speak with her about this whole mess and that the vet should be accountable for his work, regardless of a waiver or not...

Does he have a "licence to kill?" I just want to give Christy a chance to morn her loss, then I will see if she is going to persue compensation. I know I would, right after I was bailed out of jail for being arrested from taking things in my own hands. Sorry, there just isn't a good excuse for this puppies death.
This is basic care, not some complex illness.
