I had a similar problem with Pepe bloddy diahrea, no interest in food or water...My vet did a fecal test and it turned out to be a parasite giardia (sp?) He was on medication for about 10 days and then probiotics and he come out if just fine.

PS: While he had the diahrea I gave him a dropper full of childrens pedialyte every 1-2 hours so he didnt get dehydrated since he's not drinking water....just a suggestion
