Thumbs up Question about different size of yorkies?

I am in the search for a birthday present for myself(female yorkie) and I found a breeder who has some available right now who are projected at sizes 4-7lbs and a litter expected from a smaller male and female so they suspect that that they will be smaller.

Hooks will be in the 5-7 range when he is bigger and even though I got him from his breeder at 8 weeks he was ready to go in her opinion since he was doing great eating solid food and being a terror to his smaller litter mates.... I never had to worry about hypoglycemia or anything and it is from my understanding that it is a concern with smaller puppies.

As a newbie yorkie owner should I try to take it on? I will get her at 12 weeks at the beginning of my xmas break with is a little over a month so I can devout my time to watching over her and any impulse drives to the vet, but is that enough?

I already informed the breeder that I am a newbie owner and I am not even sure that they will approve me to get one, but I would always like a second opinion or several second opinions
